BL562 is a strong-acid stripper for removing thick plated coatings from metal umbrella hardware. Together with L562 it forms two acid-route options for the same job. As a highly corrosive hazardous chemical it demands strict ventilation and acid-resistant personal protection, and is used by immersion at up to 50°C.
