Technical Description
OP164-R is a precision glass cleaner positioned as a domestic replacement for Deconex OP164 from Borer Chemie AG. Its mildly buffered alkanolamine/organic-acid system is phosphorus-free and free of chlorinated solvents, keeping corrosion risk to optical glass low. It is applied by spray at 1.5–2.5% concentration (35–60°C, 3–10 min) followed by counterflow DI rinsing, and is supplied in 25 kg drums.
