Technical Description

L515 is a high-solvent ink stripper customized to the customer's process for stubborn screen-printing inks on glass. Unlike conventional aqueous alkaline stripping, it relies on aromatic-alcohol and glycol-ether penetrating solvents whose swelling action is the primary removal mechanism. Used by immersion from room temperature to 60°C, it is formulated to order for each customer's ink and line.

Introduction

L515 Custom High-Solvent Ink Stripper (L515) is developed by SEMPURION for Ink stripping from screen-printed glass (high-solvent-demand cases) as a De-inking / Stripping product.Key advantage: Customer-process-tuned, high-solvent stripper targeting stubborn screen-printing inks.. Benchmarked against Industry-standard high-solvent ink strippers. Key features: High-solvent system built on aromatic-alcohol and glycol-ether penetrating solvents, customized per customer process — penetration-and-swelling is the primary route, distinct from conventional aqueous alkaline boil-off stripping. Typical process: High-solvent penetration and swelling; immersion at room temperature to 60°C, then rinse.
