Technical Description
ZL-001 is a low-foam cleaner for glass parts after the coating step. It uses a neutral cleaning system combined with ion-control and low-foam functional components. The core conflict in post-coating cleaning is cleaning thoroughly without attacking the coating: a deposited film cannot tolerate strong acids, strong bases or high temperature. ZL-001 addresses this with a neutral system — mild on both the coating and the glass substrate — plus a low-foam design for spray equipment and ion-control components that prevent dissolved metal ions from re-depositing as water marks. Value: clean, coating-safe, no tank overflow. Substrate: glass (coated parts); application method: spray. Validated on customer A's line.
