Technical Description
CF-C1 is a color-filter process cleaner from Shengpu Chemical for CF glass substrates in LCD panel lines. Benchmarked against Nippon Kayaku's CF process cleaner, it is safe to ITO, phosphorus-free and APEO-free with a low-foam profile that suits both spray and ultrasonic processes. Cleaning is designed so color resists do not swell, ITO impedance does not drift and no residue remains, with ionic-residue control matched to the customer's rinse specification for display panel process cleaning.

Typical process: Spray at 40–45°C for 2–5 min (or ultrasonic 3–10 min), pure-water rinse in 2–3 stages, air-knife dry; cleaning design targets: no swelling of color resists, no ITO impedance drift, no surface residue, no phosphorus; rinse thoroughly after use and control working-bath ionic residue to the customer's rinse requirement.
