Technical Description
LC-C1 is a post-LC-fill panel cleaner from Shengpu Chemical for the liquid-crystal stage of LCD panel processes. Benchmarked against Nippon Kayaku's LC-stage cleaner, it holds the LC safety red line with a three-no standard — no acid/alkali attack, no strong solvents and ultra-low ionic residue — because ions that penetrate the LC cell cause fatal defects such as image sticking and black spots. Spray or ultrasonic cleaning at 30–40°C removes LC overflow, sealant residue, fingerprints and particles, with cell-contamination rework restricted to edge wiping and full-panel immersion prohibited to keep liquid out of the cell.
