Technical Description
POL-100 is a polarizer stripper from Shengpu Chemical for LCD panel disassembly and glass recycling, where no mature commercial product exists and the market mainly uses in-house alkali baths. Its strong-alkaline working bath penetrates and breaks down the polarizer PSA and adhesive layers so the polarizer separates from the glass substrate, with protection focused on the glass since polarizer preservation is not required. Immersion at 45°C with ultrasonic assist completes stripping in 5–20 minutes, followed by mechanical wipe, mild-acid neutralization and pure-water rinse, keeping soak time inside the window to avoid glass etching.
