CF-D1 is a color-filter developer from Shengpu Chemical for LCD color-filter glass substrates. Benchmarked against Nippon Kayaku's NK disperse products — the near-exclusive source for domestic CF lines — it fills a blank category with a localized alternative whose effective concentration matches the panel industry's de-facto standard. Its low-foam profile supports uniform spray development of fine CDs with no attack on ITO or the Cr black matrix and metal-ion content below 10 ppb; as a high-toxicity chemistry with dermal-penetration risk, MSDS warnings and full PPE are mandatory in panel line use.
