Technical Description
SP-Clear HighTemp is the cleaner in SEMPURION's SP-Clear semiconductor cleaning series designed specifically for high-temperature PEI ESD FOUP, such as CK 313HT rated to 150 °C. It is supplied as a light-yellow clear concentrate diluted 1:4 (concentrate : DI water).
The working solution is pH 9.5–10.5 — one step more alkaline than the standard grade for stronger cleaning. Recommended operating temperature is 70–90 °C, safe within the 150 °C rating of PEI while high temperature shortens reaction time, for a cleaning time of 5–10 minutes.
As an alkaline high-temperature formulation, protective gloves and goggles are required, scald precautions apply at operating temperature, and the area should be ventilated because the product contains organic solvents. ⚠️ It is not suitable for PC ESD material, which does not withstand hot alkaline solutions and may be damaged. Packaging is 5 / 25 / 200 kg drums (SCP-HT order codes), stored sealed and cool at 5–35 °C with a 12-month unopened shelf life.
